Registration Fee Options

Three emails were sent depending on your last name.  Last names A-G were sent from entry1@ozarkvalleytriathlon.com, H-O were sent from entry2@ozarkvalleytriathlon.com, P-Z were sent from entry3@ozarkvalleytriathlon.com.  Please respond to the email which corresponds with your last name.

We sincerely appreciate your patience as we have worked through the past several days.  Thank you to those who have sent words of encouragement, thoughts and prayers.

All Sports Productions has a no refund policy for all of our events.  Each race has a tremendous amount of fixed cost which is incurred prior to the event, but due to the extenuating circumstances of this year’s Ozark Valley Triathlon we are making an exception to our policy.

We’re offering three options to our athletes:

  1. Transfer to another All Sports Productions event.   A list can be found at our event web site – www.allsportsproductionsinc.com.  A rollover option for the Ozark Valley Triathlon is not possible at this time as the future of the race is uncertain.  For those who decide to transfer, USA Triathlon will also refund the one-day license fee (if applicable).
  2. Transfer to another race.   2014 Warhawk Triathlon in Monroe, LA (no limit on entries).  For those who decide to transfer, USA Triathlon will also refund the one-day license fee (if applicable) to that event.
  3. Refund two-thirds of your registration fees.  Also, USA Triathlon will fully refund the one-day license fee (if applicable) should you choose the refund option.  To receive a refund, please provide a self-addressed stamped envelope and mail to:  All Sports Productions, attn.:  Ozark Valley Triathlon Refund, 1629 S. River Meadows Dr., Fayetteville, AR  72701. A check will be mailed within 10 days of the receipt of the envelope.
    • Some have inquired about donating their entry fee to the family.  If you would like to do so, we can provide you information on how to make that donation when we refund your entry.  All donations to the family will be made on an individual basis.

Please reply to this email if you’re choosing either Option 1 or Option 2.  For Options 1 and 2, please indicate the name of the event.  For those who would like to transfer to another race director’s event, we will handle those on a first come, first serve basis if an event has limited entries.   If choosing Option 3, no response is necessary and we will look for your self-addressed stamped envelope.

The deadline for your decision is July 31.
